Museum of Fulham Palace

First acquired by Bishop Waldhere in 704, Fulham Palace was the historic residence of the Bishop of London until 1973. It is a fascinating mixture of architectural styles; from the red brick Tudor courtyard to the restrained elegance of the Georgian east front and the Victorian neo-Gothic chapel by William Butterfield.
The museum is set in the early 19th century part of the Grade One listed building and features paintings, stained glass and details of the history and archaeology of the Palace and its gardens.

March to October
Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm until 5pm.
November to February
Thursday to Sunday from 1pm until 4pm.
Closed from 17–31 December.
