The British Cartoon Centre is run by the charity The Cartoon Art Trust and features a changing programme of exhibitions of over 750 cartoons, caricatures, comics and animations from Britain and around the world.

There is a reference library containing over 2,500 books which is open by appointment only together with a shop. The Trust also offers classes and courses for children and adults, lectures and book launches, collectors’ fairs and annual awards.
