The National Army Museum is the British Army's own museum, located in a Grade II listed building in the heart of Chelsea.
As well as chronicling the campaigns and battles fought by the British over the last 500 years, the Museum's displays illustrate the social history of the British Army from Agincourt in the fifteenth century to the present day. A combination of paintings, photographs, uniforms and equipment are combined with reconstructions and life-size models to bring the soldier's story vividly to life.
The museum has a vast array of memorabilia from many battles and wars including exhibits from Waterloo, The American Revolution and both World Wars.
